The Gothia Master Shooter is an activity where participants can test how hard they shoot. Each player gets three shots and it's the fastest shot that counts. Klubbhuset's laser meter records how quickly the player in question gets the ball away.
– The goal is to add another dimension to the tournament. We want to give the participants a fun time and a small opportunity to be able to develop their game, because not many people actually know which is their hardest shot type, says Daniel Larnö at Klubbhuset and adds:
– As a fun thing, we make a competition out of the whole thing, where everything culminates on the final day when the leaders in each age group get to shoot during the finals in Valhalla.
The hardest shot so far clocked at 174 kilometers per hour, which is really good as the world record stands at 209 kilometers per hour. There are nice prizes in the pot, like nice activity trackers from Huawei plus prizes from Klubbhuset. The top three in each age group will face each other in a number of finals taking place between the finals in Valhalla B on Sunday. All finalists receive prizes from Klubbhuset.
