Integrity Policy – Gothia Innebandy Cup

Gothia Innebandy Cup/BK Häcken will be processing your personal data as you have registered for and are participating in the Gothia Innebandy Cup. The main purpose is to enable us to process your registration, register the team’s results, manage your account and any changes to the registration, and to make the tournament an experience for you as a participant.

Gothia Innebandy Cup/BK Häcken is the controller of personal data for the processing of your personal data (“personal data”) in connection with participation in the tournament. Personal data includes information that you submit to us directly or indirectly through your registration, such as forename and surname, postal address, personal ID number, email address and mobile phone number, as well as any other personal data that is necessary for the administration of your participation in the tournament.

Gothia Innebandy Cup/BK Häcken will store and process the personal data in order to manage the Gothia Innebandy Cup (including the fulfilment of Gothia Innebandy Cup/BK Häcken’s rights and obligations for the tournament, the issuing of certificates, the creation of summaries and the communication of information). Gothia Innebandy Cup/BK Häcken will also process the personal data to follow up on and evaluate the Gothia Innebandy Cup. The legal basis for this processing is your agreement with Gothia Innebandy Cup/BK Häcken on participation in the Gothia Innebandy Cup. During the Gothia Innebandy Cup, matches and other events will be documented and photographed in the form of both still and moving images. You are hereby made aware that you, through your participation in the tournament, may be photographed or filmed in various contexts. Gothia Innebandy Cup/BK Häcken may use these images in their communication and marketing. Through your participation in the Gothia Innebandy Cup, you hereby accept that Gothia Innebandy Cup/BK Häcken may use images of you in their marketing in accordance with the Swedish Act on Names and Pictures in Advertising (1978:800).
