The costs above are per room for three nights. Players and leaders must also pay the participation fee.

A deposit of 25% is to be paid at the lastest 30 days after booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
The final payment has to be paid to and received by Gothia Cup Innebandy at latest November 20th.

Changes and cancellation:

Changes in room type are subject to availability.

If a single person is cancelled and this leads to a change in room type, only the difference between the room types is refunded, not the price per person.

Cancellation after November 20th 2024 is charged with 25 % of the room fee.

Cancellation after December 1st 2024 is charged with 100 % of the room fee.
