The girls in SK Jihlava are so excited

SK Jihlava from the Czech Republic can't wait to come to Gothenburg and take part in the anniversary tournament.

SK Jihlava will compete in the category for girls born 2009.
– Our dream will come true when we go to Sweden, says the coach Michal Paclík.

How would you like to describe your club?
– Our club, SK Jihlava, is from Jihlava, a regional city of the Czech Republic. We are the biggest club in our region. We have all age categories.

Why have you chosen to participate in Gothia Cup Innebandy 2025?
– Our dream will come true when we go to Sweden and see the best floorball in the world.

What have you heard about the tournament and what are you and the players most excited about?
– We heard it's the biggest tournament in the world with the best organization. Our players are excited to see Gothenburg and the amazing floorball.

It will be an opening ceremony with a big match in the SSL between Pixbo IBK and FBC Kalmarsund. What do you think it will be like for you?
– We will fulfill our dream and get a new perspective on floorball.

What are your goals for the tournament?
– We will come with a girls' team aged 12-15. We want to enjoy the tournament and get good results.

How big is floorball in the Czech Republic at the moment?
– Floorball in the Czech Republic is among the five best in the world. Floorball is growing all the time in the Czech Republic.

What do you hope that your players will learn through the Gothia Cup Innebandy experience?
– We hope that the players will get to know more about the game and learn new tactics, says Michal Paclík.
