NTS FK Nemsova from Slovakia love it here: ”Dream to play in Sweden”

Seven teams from Slovakia are here this year. NTS FK Nemsova is one of the happy teams.

The G15 team NTS FK Nemsova has won one match and lost one so far. The Slovakian team couldn’t be happier about being in Gothenburg playing floorball in Gothia Innebandy Cup.
– It’s so, so good here, says the talented player Sara Osuska.

They won against the Swedish team Skoghalls IBK with three goals to nothing in their opening match. Then they lost a tight match against another Swedish team, Hjulsbro IK. But they’re not that sad about that.
– I’m happy about being here. It’s so good, so good here. It’s teams from other countries in the world and not only teams from Slovakia that we are used to, says Sara Osuska, who scored a goal in the opening match.
It took some time to get here, to say the least.
– The trip was so long. It took 25 hours by bus. It was a good trip though, I slept a lot, says the teenager.

She has a lot of faith in her team and her teammates.
– I think that we can win some matches. We are a good team from Slovakia, so I think we can do it, she says with a smile.
Sara explains why she started playing floorball some years ago.
– My brother played floorball first and I started to play and it was good. The sport is not that big in Slovakia. I like that I’m here so I can try new things.
She describes herself as a team player. Saras always puts the team first. She has great ambitions with her floorball career.
– My dreams are to play in Sweden and in the national team in Slovakia. I think that I can do that if I try.

Gothenburg is a great place according to the Slovakian floorball talent.
– It’s a nice and big city. It’s bigger than Bratislava.
But she hasn’t too much time to explore the city now. The amusement park Liseberg and other places has to wait.
– We focus on just playing floorball, she says and smiles again.
