IBF Dalen is a relatively large club with around 40 children's and youth teams. Soon their G15 team will participate in Gothia Innebandy Cup.
– We have good cooperation and development opportunities between the teams both across the ages but also between the girls' and boys' teams. We usually talk about the Dalen family, says Jenny Ermling.

She's the leader of the IBF Dalens G15 team that will participate in the Gothia Innebandy Cup in a month.
– It's a lovely group where the majority have played together since they were six years old. They have a wonderful attitude to training, a great community and are a happy, welcoming and lovely group who work hard together, says Jenny Ermling.

She describes the team's style of play as follows:
– We like to play floorball with speed and enthusiasm. In general, we are a playing team and looking back, defense has been one of our greatest strengths. We have tried to vary slightly different game systems to develop the girls and make them dare to try new things. The result right now is not the important thing, but that the girls get a chance to step forward both as individuals and as a team. The fact that it also went well for the team at times is just a nice bonus, she says.

They have won several national clubs during the year. The next challenge is Gothia Innebandy Cup 2024.
– It will be fun to come down and try a new tournament and hopefully meet new, talented teams that we haven't met before. We hope to come down and have fun and have a good tournament. Then we also hope that we will have the opportunity to meet Daniela Krizova from Tatran Stresovice, who was up in Umeå and lived and played floorball with us for three weeks, says the leader.

The long journey from Umeå strengthens the team spirit in the group.
– We are taking a night train this time, normally when we make longer journeys we usually take a bus. The girls think it's fun with longer trips because it strengthens the group and they have a lot of fun together. Of course, they think it's fun to travel, live and live close to friends, and we usually try to go to one or two tournaments further afield each year.
What are the girls most looking forward to with the Gothenburg trip?
– I think they are most looking forward to being together as a team and to meet some new teams in floorball, says Jenny Ermling.
