CL98IC wins the first final of the day at Partille Arena

CL98IC triumphed in today’s first final at Partille Arena after a close and exciting match against Warberg IBF. - We really fought as a team today, it was very close, but we blocked shots and the girls were amazing, says Teodora Becker.

After a goalless first half, CL98IC took the lead early in the second half. Warberg IBF quickly equalised, but it wasn’t long before CL98IC regained the lead. Sigrid Wetterberg scored 2–1 with a neat goal, going around the goal and slotting the ball in. That also became the final score.

The match was full of intensity and strong team play. CL98IC showed solid defence and good goalkeeping, while keeping up their energy with many blocks. The crowd added to the excitement with applause and cheers, creating a lively atmosphere.

After the final whistle, the match MVP praised the team’s performance and the joy was clear. – We did everything as a team to win today and all week. I don’t know how we will celebrate, but we will celebrate, says MVP Teodora Becker.
