Bulldogs Brno secures narrow win in G14 Playoff A final

It was an extremely close and evenly matched final from start to finish. – It’s very good, the best feeling was the last seconds when everyone from the bench ran to me, says MVP Johanna Vlckova after the match.

Bulldogs Brno defeated Hjulsbro IK 1–0 in the Girls 14 Playoff A final after a tight contest marked by solid defence and few clear chances. The match remained scoreless at halftime, reflecting the even level of play between the two teams.

The only goal came early in the second half, when Bulldogs Brno broke the deadlock and celebrated enthusiastically. Hjulsbro IK pressed to find an equaliser, but the Czech side maintained their lead and held on for the victory.

The final featured strong defensive work, quick transitions and determined goalkeeping from both teams. Bulldogs Brno maintained possession effectively in the closing stages and ensured the narrow win, celebrating with a loud cheer at the final whistle.

After the match, MVP Johanna Vlckova highlighted the special moment at the end of the game and the unique experience of playing in Gothia Cup.
– The best part of being here was the snow, because in Czechia there isn’t that much snow, but here it is, she adds.
