The booking is made through Gothia Innebandy Cup, who will send you a confirmation.

Deposit: 25% of the room cost must be paid to Gothia Cup Innebandy within 30 days of the booking date and is non-refundable. In case of non-payment, the booking will be canceled.

Final payment: Gothia Cup Innebandy must be received no later than October 1, 2024. In the event of non-payment of the final payment, the booking will be canceled. For bookings made after October 1, the full cost must be paid within five days.

Changes and cancellation:
Change of room type can be made subject to availability.In the event of cancellation of individual persons, which leads to a change of room type, only the difference in room type will be refunded, not the person price.

Partial payment of 25% of the accommodation cost must be paid within 30 days of the booking date and is non-refundable.

Cancellation of a room after October 1, 2024 will be charged at 100% of the room cost.
