International youth floorball tournament

Gothia Innebandy Cup is the world’s largest and most international floorball event. Each year, around 460 teams from 6-8 nations participate and more than 1300 matches are played on 25 courts. The tournament is played each year over the Swedish holiday “trettonhelgen” in Gothenburg. Over 10,000 floorball youths then gather to participate in the biggest floorball event.

The finals from Gothia Arena gave us two winners from Sweden and two from Czech Republic. It was close games, a lot of emotions and some really nice goals. The arena was fully packed with a great audience, a perfect way to end the tournament!

It was an exciting day at Partille Arena when it was first used as a venue for the finals of Gothia Innebandy Cup. Three Swedish winners and one team from the Czech Republic hoisted the cup after finishing their participation in the tournament in a golden manner.
